I have to say, when the bride asked me for a Luau spread and no spicy, I did a test run and I fell in love with that pineapple salsa. I love spicy and heat. I made that for her and she still couldn't eat it. But I (and a lot of other heat lovers) thought it was great. I won't make it all the time, but it is in my rotation...

The flavor of habanero plays well in pineapple salsa:mad2:.

Time to go clean everything up. And heat up that 4th butt so I can pull it. :mrgreen:

Lesson learned: That fourth butt that ended up being extra, I just threw it in a Ziploc bag whole and tossed it in the fridge for today. Next time, break it into chunks first. All that fat and juices got cold and solidified. Had to heat it up some before I could break it apart.

Made a great sandwich out of it with some of that salsa and a spicy Maru pickle on the side...
