Whats up dudes? Sold my big ol' Viking earlier this year on Ebay, and just recently used those funds to purchase the new Weber Genesis II E-435. It arrived last night in the box, and today I'm putting it together. Any tips/tricks on breaking this unit in? Video links will work too. I've scrolled through youtube and it seems like their are a few different methods people are using. I'd like to get your thoughts/ideas if you have them.
