Seems like I've been too busy/lazy to cook most weekends recently, but luckily my freezer is fairly full so I grabbed some of my wasabi pickle sausage, corned rib tips and a tri tip I had. Got them thawing yesterday and just fired up the egg.
Tips about to go on and will put on the tri tip and sausage later.
I was out of pastrami rub so I threw random things together, which is my go to recipe :becky:.
Working on emptying this amazing bottle of vodka for a costume i'll be wearing for a Halloween race with the tiny human. Tastes like college :clap2::clap2:
