Virtual Brunswick Stew cooking day...

I'd like to join, don't have a cast iron pot though to put on my barbecue. Could a foil pan work?!?

I am off to Wiki Burgoo now. Those raccoons are going down! And Saiko, it was not wiki, it was some other southernfood source. Like I said, I am clueless on this. Although I am getting a clue.
