I can't even put into words what this event was like, I'm just honored to have been a part of it. It was so well done, so smooth and set up like a well oiled machine. Everyone knowing what cooker had what, and at what time and just the small instructions, ok keep them slow we got a batch off early. I was on ribs and the rib station behind the big cookers doing ribs was an all day thing. Next year, runners be danged we should get them boys a tent! Again thank you thank you thank you. The miles, hours, sweat and pain were nothing to what was done and for who it was done for.
