UDS Hamburgers

I have cooked just about everything on the UDS and everything turned out great. But I have never tried hamburgers on the drum, I was wondering if someone could give me a few tips on burgers in a drum.

I have always just put 'em on and dont turn them. I left her run around 250 275. They will be fantastic!
