Cracked skins make them hotter?

scars, not cracks. and yes, i've read the more scars, the hotter the jalapeno although i have not verified that so it's a rumor

what camera are you using rick?

nikon d80... you like? i will tell you i'm doing some post editing with photoshop. that last close-up shot was severely cropped. :biggrin:

i might have left them on too long too hot. they puffed back up! :biggrin:

then i chopped one up and spread it out over these fresh pulled pork and grated white cheddar cheese stuffed sweet peppers wrapped in B A C O N !
