Over in the Throwdown sub forum, there is a Fast Food Throwdown happening.
This is my version of the Panda Express Shanghai Ribs.

Spare ribs, cut down and seasoned with a rub of Gingery Orange seasoned salt and Chinese 5 Spice and smoked on the Shirley Patio smoker
2.5 hours in, i added a sticky sauce to foil and foiled the ribs for another hour
Served with house-made fried rice
