Thanks Norm!!

Prepared horseradish, mayo, coarse black pepper, a drop or two of lemon juice (I used lime since my lemon tree is on break now) and dried or fresh cilantro or parsley (optional). I happened to grab dried cilantro and that's what I used. All of the ingredients were added to taste.

I knew I missed something Norm and it was the dry mustard. I used Coleman's but any other will do. I used about 1/2 tsp for a cup of the sauce.
 
Oh, my, that looks awesome! Chuck roast may be on the list for next week...thanks for the pics...and inspiration! I'm new here, so the picture 'tutorials' are a tremendous help!
