BTW, do you mind posting a link to the recipe you used? I have one that I got from a friend and sorta adapted to my own tastes, but I want to try something different.
Oh yeah, just out of curiosity, did you cook the chile verde in the Egg with the lid off the dutch oven or was that just for the photo? Wasn't sure if it would take in any smoke flavors or if that would be beneficial in this case.
