The TBIPAC Spring BBQ Throw-down & Classic Car Show will be held at Paragon Casino Resort RV Lodge on March 9-10, 2012. IBCA-sanctioned BBQ contest: $150 entry fee for chicken, ribs, brisket and $25 entry fee for soup/gumbo, anything over rice, margaritas and sauce. Cost: Admission free.
