Listen guys and girls, I am not destitute. I swear on my ancestors who are the reason I am. I just cannot pay restaurant prices for an edible knockoff I can cook at home. My pizza sucks, can't come close to Schezuan - but give me a grill, a smoker and an idea- I can make my wife smile and I can chill like Al Bundy. Grilled up a small tri tip(and freezer gave up a half ribeye from the depths that I'd missed)and leftovers going into an Aussie inspired crockpot chili. Tri Tip Tacos

It still.amazes me that with all the high end Buffalo Trace products VOB is still one of my favorites

Looking good. You should enter the Taco Throw Down. I almost never can find Buffalo Trace and Have never tseen the VOB. I do like the Tequila in the Chili idea
