cowgirl- do your coals sit flat in bottom of bin or do you have a charcoal grate to assist airflow?

It has a lower expanded metal grate for the hot coals. The grate sits up off the bottom of the cooker. There are air intakes on each end, with covers to adjust the air flow.
I really like the thing. It's just pretty darned heavy to lug around. :grin:
