Surf-N-Turf Burger--Detailed

Ever since I did my first Surf N Turf burger below some time back I've been in love

So I did a scaled back version a couple weeks ago and here is how it went:

American Style Kobe patties (old pic of the package but this is what it looks like)

Seasoned the bottom patty

Shrimp

Top patty

Stuffed patty formed

Bacon

Chopped

Bacon grease + butter

Fixin's

Amoroso rolls

Mayo

Bacon and homemade spread on the bottom bun

Ready for the patty

And patty is ready for the buns :mrgreen:

Can't beat this here :-D

Bacon fries to boot? :tape: Heart Attack Police Dept is dispatching SWAT :loco:

Especially with all this left over :shock:
