Had one piece of Norwegian salmon filet left and had already taken the ribeye out of the freezer last night, so decided on surf and turf tonight. My go to is Oakridge Carne Crosta for steak, but have never tried it on fish, so here we go.
Got a nice sear with the GrillGrates

How's my steak game? The ribeye and salmon are plated with some grilled corn from earlier and I just took it off the cob.
The rub was a pretty good pairing with the salmon. I think I'll use it again. Thanks for looking.
