If you would have sliced those scotch eggs with the grain:heh: they would have come out perfect. But seriously, if I get them that creamy, they are perfect. I am now going to have to make some. I have a tube of regular sausage and a tube of spicy ready to go.

You also are going to make me go purchase some cheese blocks because my temp is 26° for thr high today and school was canceled. We are headed to Satan's Warehouse (Walmart) in a few.
