Sunday Carnitas Style Tacos And Burritos

Creekstone Duroc shoulder I didn't fell like smoking so.... Into the pressure cooker

In the meantime I made salsa roja

And pickled some onions real quick

Fast forward :clap2: All kinds of goodies in there from dry chiles, stock, beer, blood oranges, spices

Made burritos first with cheese, carnitas, beans, onion, cilantro and salsa

Then came the tacos with carnitas, cilantro, onion and salsa with drizzle of Cholula

Delicious!

Can't beat this when it's stupid hot outside and you're feeling lazy.:becky: Thanks for looking!

I agree on the heat- it is freaking hot and humid on the east coast, too. 4th of July is always heat challenging here, but we do what we gotta do!
