I finally catered my first "gig" today! And it was a success! Spares, Pulled, Beans, Moinks and Pig Candy made it happen! Of course other side dishes were there, but thanks to the Ring and the Brethren made it a success!!!

Thanks fellas, it wasn't exactly a big gig. It was for my next door neighbors football party. Since he always smells my smoke, he asked if I could Q for him. Luckily for me, nothing went wrong and their was enough food for everyone.
