The guys on this forum are crazy generous. I had a subscription.... Then I had a baby. I've never posted much, but have learned a ton from here. Later this summer I'll be getting an Ironside, and would love to contribute more. If offered a subscription I'd love to give back with great cooks (I hope) and insight on my new cooker.
