So Big George donated 2 subscriptions in the Giveaway we just had. It will be impossible for me to figure out who is subscribed and who's not. Please enter me in the drawing. I have been a lurker for awhile and officially registered last week. I also placed an order for my first 'real' smoker last week too. Been using an old thin metal offset smoker for the past 10+ years. It makes decent meat, but I am always fighting the temp control and fiddling with the vents.
