sliced is my intention, fork, plate, cutting board or whatever

Tom, I can edit the category description to clarify this. Just to be clear, the "cut shot" should be post-cook, correct?

And while we're at it, no beef ribs, right? :becky:

Wasn't a precedent set with cutting the ribs apart before cooking being OK in the last "steak" throwdown? ehs5mw's short ribs entry was in the vote thread.:p

Please accept the last sliced shot as my official entry.
Started with a 1.5 lb bone in NY Strip. Seasoned heavily with Q Salt. Reverse seared and finished with Expresso Sea Salt.

Please accept this is my throwdown entry.

3 lb Tri-tip. Reverse seared at 275 on the traeger and then a direct sear over KBB. Seasoned with a salt and Oakridge Carne Crosta. I did this cook before i planned on entering a TD. The pics aren’t great.

Alright My brothers. I was in the mood for steak anyway, so, might as well share some pix.
Cut some grilled corn off the cob into a bowl. Grilled up some B. sprouts, onions, squash & portabellas and mixed in corn with some soy sauce, a little Hoison and then seasoned.
Ribeyes seasoned heavy with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Smashed Potatoes with cheddar cheese.
---- thanks for looking ----
Last shot for your consideration, please.
