It was a little risky but all worked out...You know me gotta have something different! :biggrin1: Definitely a gamble because I didn't know how the spaghetti squash would react to the heat and maybe fall off the spits.

Thanks for checking it out! :thumb:

Put two spaghetti squash and crookneck plus green squash on the rotisserie over some oak, and put some marinara sauce w/mushrooms and Italian sausage links up topside.

Oh hell yes!! where is the garlic bread?
Ha! It's funny you mentioned that because I was about a block from the store after leaving and I remembered I didn't get it. LOL...i figured worst case it was going to be toasted bread with garlic butter. haha

I like it, thanks for posting, did not know about cutting this way for longer strands.

Farkin awesome, i bet the neighbors were smellin the goodness
Thanks, I think they're almost immuned as much as I cook outside.

I love spaghetti squash! That looks good too. Will try it myself. Thanks for the cutting tip too!

Before I'd cut it long ways and fork it all out but this time I didn't even really need a fork, it just basically all pulled right out...MUCH easier! I don't know if cutting and cleaning out the guts firs along with the direct heat helped but it sure as heck worked good.
