This week's crock pot meal was pot roast. It's been a while and there were hints whistle. Who am I to disappoint?

Started off with a standard searing of the chuckie...

In the morning, I added the chuckie, chopped onions, chopped green peppers, cubed potatoes and carrots.

When I got home, I took the juice from the meat, added some tomato juice, salt, pepper, and cornstarch to make some gravy.
