Way to jump into the Derby spirit, Eggplant man. :thumb:

I feel like the name of the winning horse is an omen, calling to me to enter something. I get home Monday, and leave Wednesday or Thursday. Maybe I can pull something off.

But, can I beat a burgoo? Especially a burgoo with a mont julep.

Nothing says Derby like some good old fashioned gourmet party food. This gourmet burger was made with ~ 1 pound ground beef, custom shaped to fit a fresh croissant. It was topped with a healthy layer of sharp white cheddar, lettuce and bacon.

It was so good, that I'll have another.

Just don't think you put enough parsley on it...:biggrin1:
