One of the benefits of the Blackstone - they're all ready at the same time.

I'm in the midst of proofing dough for sourdough bread, will post later today on how it's going.

If you wait a little longer before using the "discard" it will get super sour. Probably not ideal for biscuits, but would make amazing pancakes.

The discard sat overnight.

My wife commented on the sourness of them. They were top notch
