I am guessing you will be refinishing the deck soon - You should consider Rustoleum Deck Over. I used it at my last house instead of replacing and glad I did.

Thanks neighbor! I had a guy refinish it about a year and a half ago when I was remodeling it and it's apparent he didn't know how to treat the deck. The wood is in great shape and just needs refinishing and I'll def consider Rustoleum Deck Over. You know what they say if you want something done right....
