Smoked Sausage, Saurkraut and Apples in Progress

Daaaaang Guerry! That is awesome! Really got me thinking about the combination there!! And just in time too... I've got my first crock of homemade kraut at the 3 week stage right now... this'll be on the menu for sure!

Ooooooo...home made kraut...and, um, yeah. Wasn't pineapple upside down cake but Apples WERE involved. :heh:
 
Geeze I love this forum. See and learn something new almost daily. That looks fantastic. I will definitely have to try that.
