Smoked Cajun Crab Stuffed Jalapenos

Had some leftover crab meat, how about something a bit different.

Cream cheese, cheddar, crab, cooked crumbled bacon, green onion & cajun spices.

Stuff the jalapenos full, some extra, crab, bacon bits and a dusting of blackening seasoning on top and into the FEC.

About 40 minutes later, done.

Was good stuff, thanks for looking.

Perfect. A binder, but not enough for it to get bubbly and leaky like some ABT's do. I mixed some sour cream into cream cheese on my last pig shots and it helped a little.
