Smoked Bacon Garlic Pepperjack Scallion Pull Bread

That looks absolutely amazing Jeanie. Not sure why have not done it yet probably cause I'm afraid it will not turn out like yours.

Thank you Bill! I'm sure your bread would be delicious!!

Thank you Hoss! Good to see ya!

That's great! Hope you take pics for me!
My drum was running at 275F. You can smoke it at a higher or lower temp if you're cooking something else with it. I just keep it covered til heated through, then uncover to crisp up the bread at the end. Thanks and good luck with it!

Darn it Neighbor! Sorry to hear you're not completely moved yet. Hope that changes soon! Thanks

Awesome, thx jeanie. Hopefully i will remember to take pics....lol

I have made garlic, parmesan & cilantro bread like that but I will try it like your recipe for sure. By the way, as a photography hobbiest myself, I believe it's not the camera that makes great photo, it's the photographer. Nice job.

I guess I should put up some pictures of the Brisket that went along with the bread.....probably the best one I've done yet. 23 hours in the drum at around 225....real good!
