Smoke Ring

How about this"

Hey Knucklehead these are real, slow smoked ribs, beef and pork. They don't look like the stuff you're used to because they aren't boiled, steamed or canned. If you don't like the way I cook, then go eat somewhere else. Because everyone else likes it.

That's not a bad one to use. I think people would remember better when you say it like that.
 
Where I live lot of people doesnt know about smoke ring they think the meat is raw it hard to tell them different. I cook for schools and churches. I dont know if my BBQ is good or it's because I dont charge.
 
I liked the one I've seen before:

If your meat is pink from the outside to the bone, it has a smoke ring!
If your meat is pink from the bone to the outside, it isn't cooked through!
If you wonder which is which, please ask your waitress!
