Simple Wings

I did a freezer dive last night and found some wings. I'm off today and it was time to cook. :-D

On the trusty, ancient Weber with the Vortex and same apple chunks.

The drumettes are mine rubbed with Malcolm's King Craw Cajun rub. The flats are my wife's rubbed with Heath Riles Peach Rub.

Nice, quick cook for dinner tonight. :-D

I did vortex wings using a make shift vortex and yes they were killer. I like your idea of flats with one rub and drums with another.
