Babbling Farker
Hi all,
Been outta the game for a bit. Didn’t cook much over the past couple of years and last year we moved into a new home. I’m down to my Weber kettle, Weber gasser, and the Akorn.
Yesterday made a rack of spares on the Weber silver and they were some of the best I’ve made flavor and texture wise. I was very happy!
Used heath riles peacan rub, peach for smoke, and glazed with heath riles sweet bbq sauce.
Don’t know cool side temp just let the slow n sear do it’s thing and put the ribs on the other side.
Enjoyed the view from the deck while I was cookin.
Done in about 3 hours wrapped for 40 mins last 30 mins glazed.
Happy smoking all!
-John
