It hit 45 here in MN so I had to spend a little time on the deck and cook a few meals for the week. Wings were in a plain old brine with a little hot sauce, rinsed, dried, slathered with evoo and some leftover breadstick butter from the local pizzeria. Then rubbed with secret weapon. Indirect with some apple chunks on the kettle and brushed with sweet baby rays. Sides of little potatoes, jalapeño poppers, and basil onion turkey burgers for tomorrow.

Very nice cook That is what you call being prepared

I was a Boy Scout [emoji6]. Two dinners and one lunch covered so far. I bet we can get through Wednesday without cooking. I’m in the office all day and have meetings most nights for the first two weeks of the month so quick meals are a must.
