simple pizza

sometime, you just need to keep it simple and make a premade crust, pepperoni pizza... and then you come inside to check the forum!
and when you finally go outside to check the pie, it's well done!

that pizza was done more than i woulda liked, but it was still good. the bottom wasn't burnt. the temp kinda went high to 550 where i usually bake pizzas at 420. and it was 23 minutes, where i usually bake them 20 minutes.

--> do not check forum when baking pizzas unless the computer is next to the eggs! :wink:
