Wedding shower today for my new daughter-in-law, so I'm in charge of meat. Doing it hot and fast like this - http://www.patiodaddiobbq.com/2012/02/hot-fast-memphis-style-pulled-pork.html, I followed this before and they turned out great - http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=143108.
Got home last night about 1am, pulled the butts out of the fridge and gave them a good covering of Plowboys Yardbird, and them put them back in the fridge to rest for a few hours......
rinsed and dryed.....
Rubbed....
After resting for about 5 hours...
They are on and rolling along at about 330 right now. Will throw up a couple more pics at the 3 hour mark.
