This is what worked for me. I kept the main temp between 275 - 325 and the warmer at about 225 using the below. I only had to cook the beans in the warmer as I could fit two butts in the main with the small pig(55 lb)
She took about 8 hours, wrapped in foil at about 4 hours in. After 8 hours I stopped adding wood just left her in for about three hours until ready to take out.

Firebox door vent wide open
Main exhaust wide open
Warmer exhaust wide open
Warmer to main damper wide open
Firebox to warmer damper opened about 1/2" to 1"

I always keep both stacks wide open and to adjust the heat in the warmer using the damper to control heat but you can also take the deflector plate out to get a much higher temp and then adjust the damper to dial it in .
