Late to the party here, but man would I have loved to have been served a plate of that.

I'm Wisconsin born and raised, but there's a part of me that longs for Southern soul food like this. Everything looks fantastic. Very well done!

I love scallops, but there was a time I would have passed on them too. I think folks are just afraid to try them thinking they are like a clam or an oyster, or have had them but they weren't properly cooked.

Just my $.02. YMMV.
