I missed out on the free samples of Oak Ridge BBQ Saigon 21 so I ordered some along with some more SCL. Grilled up some pork tenderloins on my Weber Summit Kamado.

Sprayed it with some duck fat, seasoned and let sit in the fridge for an hour or so.

Overall it was pretty good but I think I should have gone a little heavier on the rub with a tenderloin. Looking forward to trying it on chicken thighs and maybe a thinner pork steak.
