American BBQ Fingerfood was what i served 105 guests ( about 60 were americans) of a german chemical company yesterday at the Mariott Hotel in Heidelberg to have something special besides the Hotels regular Grill Buffet ( wich included mostly stuff out of the kitchen and pan cooking on the grill :crazy:).
I cooked 300 "PIGWING" Chicken Wings with maple syrup glaze and 200 Pork Powder MOINK Balls with whiskey barbecue sauce on the EPICOA Rotisseries and a lot of Cherry Bomb Ribs with cherry chipotle bbq sauce on the two pellet smokers. The guests loved the food and it was gone in no time even before anyone touched the buffet. :p

Great looking cook! Never seen rottiserie wings. They look amazing.

I think the lobster ate all the other steaks, and only left one for you. That's what's wrong.
 
I always look forward to your posts brother. The food looks out of sight, and those rotisseries are farking awesome. :thumb:
