I'm personally not a fan of that school in Tuscaloosa, but this thread title seemed apropos for my cook thread to enter the "Boned, Rolled & Tied!" Throwdown. :loco:
We begin with bone-IN chicken thighs, bacon, jalapenos, and cream cheese:
I put the jalapenos in the air fryer to roast:
Then I made my bacon/cream cheese stuffing:
Next, I rolled the stuffing in wax paper and threw it in the freezer to chill:
Now, in accordance with the TD rules, I BONED the chicken thighs:
My jalapenos were done roasting, so I pulled them out and skinned 'em:
On to making my rolls:
Sliced the chilled bacon/cream cheese stuffing:
Next I ROLLED & TIED my Bacon Chicken Poppers:
The obligatory Vortex grill shot:
And finally, plated and sliced with a drizzle of Buffalo sauce:
