Ribs, sausage and football

Fired up the smoker around 4:30 am and smoked some baby back ribs, beef short ribs, sausage and scalloped potatoes - for my son and some of his buddies - for the games today. Beef short ribs are from a local rancher - meat was very tender and had a great taste

They are quite tasty smoked - they were in smoker for 3 hours - first 2 hours covered in foil and last hour foil removed to get that smoke flavor !
