Please tell me more about the shrooms.

Heard the recipe during a Leroy and Lewis video - but only gave ingredients - not amounts

This is what I did - 2 large packs of whole mushrooms - washed and cleaned

Into a 9x13 pan - with beer, w sauce, distilled vinegar, garlic cloves, onions, butter and salt

Smoked for 1.5 hours uncovered - and 1 hour covered - probably should have gone 2 hours covered to thicken the liquid - but darn good
