Daughter is in town visiting from STL and she wanted some BBQ. I went with baby back ribs from Sam's Club. Not happy with the cuts at all. Might be the last time I get their BB ribs. Any way, We are having several family members over this afternoon. I decided to give some folks options today, so nice of me :biggrin1:

3 racks with Oakridge HDD and Oakridge Sweet Dominator Rib Rub

3 racks with McCormick Pink Himalayan Salt & Herbs and Black Pepper

Plan is to wrap the Oakridge and Killer Hog ribs and let the salt and pepper ride unwrapped. I think today I will hold off on any glazes. More to come.

Looking good Carl - I gave up on baby backs, period. I much prefer spares when I cook pork ribs. Pretty day for cooking, enjoy your family time!
 
I really need to stop looking at the delicious things on this site when trying to diet. Those are gonna be aweaome.

everything turned out pretty damn good. It seems that the salt and pepper were the most liked. They were my favorite too. All the sides were out standing. My daughter was happy with it all. If she's happy, I'm happy. Not a lot of leftovers.
