So I will be cooking 2 butts on Wed. night for a tailgate on Sat. afternoon. If I leave them whole, refrigerate and reheat in an oven on Sat. morning, how long will they take to reheat all the way through and at what temp? Once reheated, I will pull them and place in heated chaffing pans.
 
I'd pull them when the were done (after resting for a while of course), put in ziploc bags, refrigerate and reheat for the tailgate. Cheers!!!
 
Either way will work....I have frozen whole smoked butts and then thawed and heated them.....350 for 1 1/2.....If not hot enough when you start to pull stick them back in the oven.....I have two pans of pulled prk in the freezer now.
