Yes, Koops is another good one. I like their spicy brown & the Dusseldorf is excellent on brats. Still keeping my eye open for their Arizona or Southwest mustard, can't remember the name off the top of my head. Haven't found that in the stores yet.

Denison Mustard is the way to go. Heavy on the vinegar and coarsely ground. All of the above coarse ground mustards are good - had them all, but I always end up back at home base with Denison.

I know it has very limited distribution. Comes from Western Iowa where I grew up - lots of German immigrants.

I often try new brands / varieties of mustard, but Weber's Horseradish Mustard and Coleman's English Mustard have always been the main mustard condiments in our home for over 35 years. Fortunately I have a Wegman's in a neighboring tow to keep the supply regular.

I really enjoyed this thread. My wife is the mustard connoisseur of the family and enjoys this. Good flavor but not too spicy.
