There's a Polish grocery store nearby that just opened a couple months ago. It's actually more of a plaza/strip center that is finally being opened. The property has been sort of a curiosity to us locals a long time. The company is based in Hamtramck, downtown Detroit. They broke ground and put the building up maybe 6 years ago. Has sat there unused until recently. We have a few mustards.
Whenever I’m in north jersey I stop in Pulaski meats to get smoked Kielbasa and Pulaski mustard. https://pulaskimeats.com/production/ Best smoked Kielbasa you will find anywhere!
You can also get their mustard on amazon Pulaski POLISH STYLE MUSTARD (7.25oz) & Pulaski HOT MUSTARD SAUCE (5 fl oz) 2 pack By Granda https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086M6GKC3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_CBSBFbWX0HSZD
I also like Kosciusko Spicy Brown Mustard
I use Nathan’s deli style mustard On sandwiches and hot dogs.
We also have mr mustard, Frenches, and grey poupon in The house.
Now I need to try the one in the glass that was mentioned here.

There's a Polish restaurant next to the grocery store. They sell kielbasa smoked by the grocer...best I've ever had. Can smell the smoke in the parking lot.
There are plans to open a beer garden at the place that have been delayed due to covid.

I'm 99.2% Finnish by genealogical testing and would love to try those. Looked them up on Amazon. Kind of expensive in the quantities offered. Which of the varieties would you recommend as a starter to try? I'm okay with some heat but don't want to start with something that'll blow my head off. These are about the only ones we use anymore.
I usually bring back about 10 tubes whenever I go to Finland. I see you can get them in the US, like through Amazon for instance. The different colors are different styles. All are good. There also is a very similar styled one in a tube with very similar coloration that also is excellent.
