Did your mac & chz today. Excellent! Many thanks. Added 1t of chipotle powder to ramp it up a bit. Maybe 2t next time. As for the dino bones, I am off of those until I can find some with a decent amount of meat.
 
Chipotle sounds awesome. It's a pepper that goes great with cheese in about any case. I'm seriously thinking about trying to smoke some of my own jalapeno peppers and then dry them in the food dehydrator to make my own chipotle pepper powder and flakes. I'm also hoping to have a crop of home-grown bhut jolokia late this summer... we'll just have to wait and see how those turn out... lol
