Thats why compititions chap my hide. I don't understand how you could get judges giving you 9's and 6's. Good looking BBQ is Good looking BBQ. I like the rib turned on its side. You are supposed to present your meat in the best possible manner and i think it's great to actually see the entire rib and not just the top. I would have deffinitly given you a 9 for sure. Looks great to me. keep up the good work.Glad someone asked... that's why I am a little ticked off...

I can understand the 8 & the 7 but the two 6's.... I was ticked off
I will agree that the garnish could be a little more even all the way around, and I will take to heart all the comments about the rib on its side, (I like it, but it seems the majority does not). Now, tell me.. does that box really deserve a 6? (and be honest)
