Is lookin for wood to cook with.
Brother in-law came back home after being gone for 7 months and requested some of my ribs for a picnic we were having for him. It rained like hell in the AM while getting the pit going but I managed to get it under control. Used some Oak wood for the first time as well as my usual Hickory & Mulberry combination. Ribs turned out pretty tasty and barely had enough left-overs for lunch on Monday.
