I saw this rack of ribs and couldn’t resist…



Got home and didn’t have everything for his recipe so I went with this. I’m betting he would have approved.



End trimmed up and ridge of fat removed. Got the cruise set on 305° we’ll see what a couple hours looks like.

 
Glad to see the Chupacabra is still working for 'ya. Pretty good stuff IMO. Plus you're rocking the Okie china - well played.
 
He was a really good guy. Him and I had been exchanging PM’s for quit a while then nothing for a few days. The next response was from his wife telling me the news.

However it is really good on a rack of ribs, it’s something you don’t expect to work, but it 100% does!
